Virgin America had a bad flight. It turned out not to be such a disaster because they (sort of) dealt with it early. United, on the other hand, well they shat on their own faces by being dorks about breaking a guitar.

I kinda like the song. I’d like it even more if it was praise about how well the airline handled the blunder. Yeah, deal with mistakes (already).
