I write this blog. It does not represent anyone else's opinions or perspectives. Regardless of employers or clients or any other associations, this is my blog and it does not speak for anyone else. I have learned that perception is more powerful than reality. So, we get to experience the joys of claiming and disclaiming. Isn't that super!

pentatonic scale via Bobby McFerrin

The 2nd CD I ever purchased (a little over 20 years ago) was Bobby McFerrin’s Simple Pleasures.  I still have it, and have a few songs on a mix CD in my truck right now.  Anyway… being from Minnesota, I heard him around a bit with his work with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra.  Here’s a clip of him during a talk at the World Science Festival 2009.  You know… the pentatonic scale, of course!  :)

Wow… I just added a new category too.  Music.  I’m surprised that it’s taken this long to have that category come up.  Kind of fitting, I guess.
