I write this blog. It does not represent anyone else's opinions or perspectives. Regardless of employers or clients or any other associations, this is my blog and it does not speak for anyone else. I have learned that perception is more powerful than reality. So, we get to experience the joys of claiming and disclaiming. Isn't that super!

Explaining Unhappiness

I have seen this a lot.  I have experienced it myself.  In the past few years I have decided to change my own life to not be unhappy, and to not associate with people who are overwhelmingly unhappy.

  • It is a choice.
  • We can chose whatever we want.
  • We reap the consequences of our choices.

Sometimes short-term losses yield much longer-term gains.  After experiencing this a few times, perspectives change, and some previous short-term losses are not viewed the same.  They are viewed as fodder for long-term gains and as wise choices.  Maturity is shown by recognizing these things more quickly, and wisdom is show by making better choices.

I am listening.
