And, here is my hypothetical, funny version of an interview. I just made this one up… At least, I think it’s funny. 
Interviewer: So, do you have any examples of system admin work that you can reference.
Candidate: Well, let me think… Oh, yeah, I did this one project that was kinda fun.
Interviewer: What’s the matter? Why did you just get so sad. That project looks pretty amazing.
Candidate: Sorry if I’m not so enthusiastic right now. One of my friends just booted me off her top 8.
