right or wrong, it’s still a good example

customer service - It doesn’t always work out. The point is the effort and the genuine attitude desiring to make it be right. I’ve noticed this before too. I don’t expect everyone to respond perfect, but convincing me that you are listening and that you’re doing what you can is good enough for me.
