Dysfunction is everywhere!

See these signs of dysfunction.  Anyone who has any experience with a dysfunctional organization is probably gonna love this.  Anyone who manages a dysfunctional organization and doesn’t care is probably going to ignore this.  Hmmm… we can see the problem then, can’t we?!

Schmoozing, I can do that.

Guy Kawasaki posted this a while ago, The Art of Schmoozing.  I don’t think it’s really all about schmoozing as much as it’s about respecting others and positioning yourself to be respected.  Schmoozing is a great wrapper.  Guy’s points are well said.

 Just got a good link sent to me… 10 Ways to Get Your Résumé Tossed – Career Advice Article For some reason, it’s not working well via Firefox.  I had to use Internet Explorer.  Hmmm… MSN could do some work there to make sure they’re viewable “everywhere.”
