A person from the Windows Live Alerts team responded via email around 3 PM today. I’ve updated my earlier post a little bit. Stay tuned. (That’s a teaser.)
UPDATE: They updated two of my alerts. It had to be done via email. The email address was not anywhere I could find online. It’s a broken process, if you ask me, especially in comparison to how Yahoo and Google let the consumer manage their alerts, rather than the owner. Nonetheless, they did respond directly to me. I’m going to try the alerts myself for a few more days and will post more about it later.
