Yeah… that adds peace and comfort to all those wondering if North Korea actually tested some sort of nuclear whatever… Even if it is an accurate statement, it does not mean that they should say it outloud for the world and the press to hear. Obfuscation is not security. It’s only obfuscation.
Last time I checked, that didn’t make anyone feel better. Last time I checked, helping people “feel” better or have a “perception” of being better - that did have a very positive effect. If not, then why would the converse – “terror” have such a negative impact… It’s because…
