I write this blog. It does not represent anyone else's opinions or perspectives. Regardless of employers or clients or any other associations, this is my blog and it does not speak for anyone else. I have learned that perception is more powerful than reality. So, we get to experience the joys of claiming and disclaiming. Isn't that super!

Travel Day Tomorrow Means Stuff To Do Today

I’m heading to DC tomorrow morning. I have a few informational interviews setup and hope to learn quite a bit about at least a couple companies. I’m pumped for the opportunities and ready to hit the ground running!

Having these interviews is a big reason I’ve been working on my resume. I also did a practice/mock interview last night, hoping to work out some rough edges. It was helpful. I need to focus on a few areas to make sure my message is concise and clear.

I’ll be running around today, doing some last minute things. I’ve given myself until noon today to get caught up with blogging and posting my latest resume online. Yesterday I finished laundry. Today I need to do a little shopping. I guess that would have been covered with me saying I’m doing some last minute things. See! I need to focus on a few areas to make sure my message is concise and clear – and not redundant. ;)
