I just deleted a post because it sounded too much like negative complaining and too much like negative criticizing. From my experience, that doesn’t work very well.
I also re-read the post just before this, about Wells Fargo. I don’t think that one accurately conveys how silly I think they are, nor how disrespected I feel. What they did made me feel helpless, and like I’m only a number. Obviously, from a bank’s perspective, that’s what we are. Why should I think any differently? That’s probably a healthier perspective.
I guess, sometimes, I just want to feel more like #1.
