For today’s exercise, I’m heading out for a day hike. Yesterday I drove around in the mountains for a few hours. It’s another nice day today, and I want to enjoy the beautiful area, here near Seattle.

I’ve been using Windows Live OneCare for over a year now, since it was in beta. It is not a beta product any more. It does just what it says it will do. They have a new web site to help out if you have a virus or other safety issues or concerns.
