In my quest to continually simplify, relax and let the contentment flow…
…I have unsubscribed to a bunch of RSS feeds / blogs / ramblings / needless info. I was up to about 200 at one time, and now I’m down to about 35.
…I spend more time reading and enjoying what is more important. And, I have gotten much better at determining that for myself.
…I understand myself better and enjoy the process of my own evolution into who I am becoming – rather than focusing on the mystical, yet never-ever-ever achieved destination that so many crazy people think they will eventually reach.
…I shut-up more.
…I like listening.
Contentment is not blind complacency or apathy. My contentment is riddled with empathy, understanding and awareness of my own feelings.
