Just look at a scale (while standing on it). That’s all the inspiration some people need.
I’m assuming healthy perspectives here. I would be willing to bet that some people may be offended by some things that would be very inspiring to others. So be it. One person’s inspiration may be another’s demotivation.
Wisdom says to take what works, and leave the rest. If we did that with our diets lifestyle habits, we’d all probably be healthier.
