I’m going to continue to simplify. There is too much junk.
A couple months ago I got rid of a bunch of junk. The biggest start for me was a bunch of old clothes, about eight garbage bags full. There were old jackets, winter clothes from when I lived in Minnesota, shorts and pants I never wore, shirts that didn’t fit, lots of clothes that were out of style, etc. It’s all junk. I donated most of that to Goodwill.
I got rid of more junk in the past couple weeks. I think I need to do that a couple more times yet. I still have way more junk than I need and way more junk than I can use.
Notes to anyone with junk: Throw it away! If *anyone* thinks it’s junk, it probably is. Throw it away! You don’t need it. You don’t need to think about who might need it. You don’t need any of the stress related to it. Throw it away! Simplify. Simplify. Simplify.
If you have junk, you probably have a lot of stress that you don’t need too. You’re probably holding on to lots of stuff (emotionally and physically) that you just don’t need. It is causing you harm, and causing others around you harm because we all affect those around us. Get over yourself!
Sometimes after getting rid of a bunch of junk, one can then see more clearly what other junk one has, thus allowing the easier and more simple removal of even more junk.
There is too much junk. Simplify. Simplify. Simplify.

If you have junks like clothes you never wear, I would suggest that you sell them at eBay. You might make a fortune from it though. :p
Very good advice.
I have a lot of things that I need to forget and leave behind… really get over.
Forgive me for my poor English.
bye!
My paternal uncle owns one of those storage facilities where people put extra stuff in because their houses are too full of their own stuff to trash or get rid of.
On the other hand, I went to the ectreme when I moved out West to live: whatever essentials I could bring on the plane is what I would keep. Everything else I could buy…all I own still are hygene, clothes, my laptop and its accessories, mp3 player, and a few cds and dvds that I keep in a 32-count case. And bed stuff, food, and a few other essentials, all of which can fit into my big backpack or a luggage case.
Bare essentials. That is it. People living in college dorms own more than me.
