You may notice that there are a bunch of posts listed, even though today was the first day with this blog. I was able to export old entries from my old LiveJournal account and import them into my new WordPress account. I only did that with entries starting in January of 2006. I used Old_LJ_Archive as a generic tag for all of the imported posts. Unfortunately no old comments or old tags made it through the export/import process.
Now that I’m here, I’m sure I’ll keep making some adjustments as I settle in more. For now, we’re back in business with the new blog host and hopefully the continued innovation here with WordPress will benefit us all.
