I think many companies and many individuals need to watch this webcast. We all need to learn to embrace our relationships and realize that our business relationships are our personal relationships – the separation of those two is a drag and fails. We need intimacy and generosity.
Are we willing to share who we are?
What is it like to work with those who are not willing to share who they are?
Entrepreneurs are a bit more in touch with sharing. (My take is that more business people need to get over themselves and start diggin’ others and diggin’ the passions of peers and the vibrancy that they bring.)
Keith’s talk is keeping my attention. If you watch the webcast, and it doesn’t keep yours, why?!?! Please answer that question. Why?!?!
