In this article about how PayPal Prepares For a Challenge From Google, I noticed a few things.
- I like PayPal because it’s easy.
- Other people don’t like PayPal, because they don’t know how easy it is, or because they already
wastedspent money on other systems and theyhave too much pridedon’t want to let go of thosestupid, old, clunkyvaluable assets. - Everyone wants a piece of the pie when it comes to making money. Even the small amounts made off each transaction are HUGE deals for many of the large companies that do, or want to do, a lot of transactions.
- I like PayPal because it’s easier than other systems.
So, in my consulting, I’ll probably continue to push for using PayPal. It works, and they are investing more in trying to make it better and easier. That doesn’t take too much thought to come to that conclusion.
