CNET: Don Dodge: Napster’s learning curve
“Millions of people rediscovered their love of music through Napster and created a whole new way to enjoy it.”
That’s the way I feel about it, and I’m glad they tried what they did. I was a Napster fan with the “old” version, and now I’m a fan with the “new” version. It didn’t work with the first go around, but the lessons learned help make the next rounds have a better chance. We’re still in the middle of those next rounds and it is interesting.
